  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 21, delete the second occurrence of the
  word "or" and on line 22, delete the word "conservation".
  
       2.  On page 3, line 6, delete the words "or conservation".,
  
  and thence referred to the CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS
  COMMITTEE.
