0015| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred six thousand
|
0017| three hundred dollars ($306,300) is appropriated from the
|
0018| general fund to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for
|
0019| expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of contracting
|
0020| to develop a domestic violence prevention and counseling
|
0021| program based on Native American traditional healing practices
|
0022| and concepts and a facility in which to house it in Albuquerque
|
0023| located in Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered
|
0024| balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
|
0025| to the general fund.
