       1.   On page 5, line 9, strike the word "nor" and insert in
  lieu thereof "or".
  
       2.   On page 5, line 11, strike the word "nor" and insert in
  lieu thereof "or".
  
       3.   On page 7, line 13, strike the word "nor" and insert in
  lieu thereof "or".
  
       4.   On page 7, line 18, strike the word "of" and insert in
  lieu thereof "or".
  
       5.   On page 8, line 22, strike the word "to".,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
