       Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                       HOUSE BILL 1208
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.   On page 2, strike all of lines 6 through 12 and insert in
  lieu thereof "information obtained by the department that is
  proprietary technical information or related to the possible
  relocation or expansion of a business shall be deemed confidential
  and withheld from inspection pursuant to the Inspection of Public
  Records Act."".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
