       Your BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY COMMITTEE, to whom has
  been referred
  
                       HOUSE BILL 1209
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 25, strike "eight" and insert in lieu
  thereof "nine".
  
       2.  On page 2, line 2, strike "four" and insert in lieu
  thereof "five".
  
       3.  On page 2, line 17, strike "and".
  
       4.  On page 2, line 19, after "pueblos" insert "and the ninth
  member shall represent the public at large".
  
       5.  On page 3, lines 15 and 16, remove the brackets and line
  through "under such rules as it may promulgate".,
  
  and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE
  COMMITTEE.
