0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE RIO GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL CLUSTER

0012|     HUMAN SERVICES COLLABORATIVE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($550,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     state department of public education for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0018|     year 1998 for the purpose of increasing and expanding school-
    |
0019|     based human services to school children and their families in
    |
0020|     the fourteen school areas of the Rio Grande high school cluster
    |
0021|     human services collaborative.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0022|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0023|     to the general fund.
