0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY TO INVESTIGATE

0012|     THE INSTALLATION OF A PIPELINE ALONG TULAROSA CREEK.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-five thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($35,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office
    |
0017|     of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of conducting a feasibility study to investigate
    |
0019|     the installation of a pipeline along Tularosa creek.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
