0011| MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR STAFF EXPENSES AT THE NENAHNEZAD

0012| CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION.

0014| BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015| Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars
|
0016| ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the New
|
0017| Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal year
|
0018| 1998 for the purpose of paying the salaries, benefits and
|
0019| administrative costs of an environmental planner, a librarian
|
0020| and maintenance workers for the Nenahnezad chapter of the
|
0021| Navajo nation. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
|
0022| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
|
0023| general fund.
