      1.  On page 2, line 15, after "A" strike "ne" and insert in
  lieu thereof "new".
  
      2.  On page 2, line 17, after "13-1-100.1" insert a period.
  
      3.  On page 2, line 18, after the period insert a dash.
  
      4.  On page 2, line 20, after "or" insert "state or local".
  
      5.  On page 3, line 2, before "by" strike "request" and insert
  in lieu thereof "requested".
  
      6.  On page 3, line 7, after "regulations" insert a comma.
  
      7.  On page 3, line 11, strike the quotation mark.

  new subsection:
  
          "C.  A state agency shall make the decision on a
  construction management services contract for a state public works
  project, and a local public body shall make that decision for a
  local public works project.  A state agency shall not make the
  decision on a construction management services contract for a local
