       1.  On page 4, line 7, strike "A" and insert in lieu thereof
  "Except for road and highway construction or reconstruction projects
  of the state highway and transportation department or any local
  public body, a".,
  
  and thence referred to the BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY
  COMMITTEE.
