  Mr. President:
  
      Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                           SENATE BILL 13
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 15 and 16, strike "One hundred two
  thousand eight hundred dollars ($102,800)" and insert "One hundred
  fifty thousand dollars ($150,000)".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 19, after the word "with" insert "the".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 20, after "as well as" strike "statewide"
  and insert "Sierra county and statewide via distance education".,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
