0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION--PROGRAMS.--Two million four
    |
0017|     hundred thousand dollars ($2,400,000) is appropriated from the
    |
0018|     general fund to the department of health for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of funding statewide human
    |
0020|     immunodeficiency virus care and support services, prevention
    |
0021|     programs, provider education and an information network.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
