APPROPRIATION.--Ten thousand dollars ($10,000) | 0017| is appropriated from the general fund to the New Mexico mounted | 0018| patrol for expenditure in fiscal years 1997 and 1998 for the | 0019| purpose of providing training to members of the New Mexico | 0020| mounted patrol. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance | 0021| remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the | 0022| general fund. | 0023| Section 2.
