SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number        to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE 
                         SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 112, as amended

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR INGLE

     1.  On page 4, line 14, strike the word "and".

     2.  On page 4, line 16, strike the period and insert the period
and insert the word and punctuation "; and".

     3.  On page 4, line 17 add the following:

               (4) "no registered lobbyist shall make contributions
