  thereof "the following".
  
      2.  On page 3, line 19, strike ", including".
      
      3.  On page 4, line 6, after "licensing" insert "and
  procurement".
  
      4.  On page 4, line 12, strike "repair" and insert in lieu
  thereof "renovate".
  
      5.  On page 4, line 18, strike "through the use of" and insert
  in lieu thereof "including but not limited to loan guarantees,".
  
      6.  On page 4, line 20, after "warranties" strike the comma and
  insert in lieu thereof "or".
  
      7.  On page 5, line 14, after "services" insert "or as provided
  by law".
