0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND A RECREATION PROGRAM FOR03 THE

0012|     VILLAGE OF TULAROSA IN OTERO COUNTY.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local
    |
0017|     government division of the department of finance and
    |
0018|     administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the
    |
0019|     purpose of funding a recreation program for the village of
    |
0020|     Tularosa in Otero county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0021|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0022|     to the general fund.
