0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  REPEAL.--Sections 76-17-1 through 76-17-9 NMSA
    |
0015|     1978 (being Laws 1963, Chapter 167, Sections 1 through 4, Laws
    |
0016|     1977, Chapter 256, Section 1 and Laws 1963, Chapter 167,
    |
0017|     Sections 5 through 8, as amended) are repealed.
