0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR EQUIPMENT AND UNIFORMS FOR A

0012|     BASEBALL PROGRAM IN ESPANOLA.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five thousand dollars ($5,000)
    |
0016|     is appropriated from the general fund to the local government
    |
0017|     division of the department of finance and administration for
    |
0018|     expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of purchasing
    |
0019|     equipment and uniforms for a baseball program in Espanola.  Any
    |
0020|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0021|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
