APPROPRIATION.--One million dollars | 0017| ($1,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the DNA | 0018| identification system fund for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 | 0019| for the purpose of implementing the provisions of the DNA | 0020| Identification Act, contingent upon enactment of Senate Bill | 0021| 114 by the first session of the forty-third legislature.
