0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE FOR

0012|     THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONVERTING FIVE

0013|     TERM EMPLOYEES TO FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-six
    |
0017|     thousand eight hundred dollars ($176,800) is appropriated from
    |
0018|     the general fund to the district attorney's office for the
    |
0019|     second judicial district for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0020|     for the purpose of converting five term employees to full-time
    |
0021|     employees.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
