      Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 329
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
          1.  On page 1, lines 19 and 20, strike "A.  Except as
  provided in Subsection B of this section, district" and insert in
  lieu thereof "District".
  
          2.  On page 1, line 22, after the period insert a closing
  quotation mark.
  
          3.  On page 1, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety
  and on page 2, strike lines 1 through 6 in their entirety.
  
          4.  On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "One hundred forty-
  five thousand four hundred dollars ($145,400)" and insert in lieu
  thereof "One hundred eighteen thousand two hundred seventy-seven
  dollars ($118,277)".
