      Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                    SENATE BILL 369, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
          1.  On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "; MAKING AN
  APPROPRIATION".
  
          2.  On page 13, strike lines 16 through 25.
  
          3.  Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
  
          4.  On page 14, line 9, after the comma strike "1997" and
  insert in lieu thereof "1998".
