      Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                          SENATE BILL 371
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "SPECIAL MASTER,
  ARBITRATOR OR".
  
      2.  On page 1, lines 22 and 23, strike "a special master, an
  arbitrator or".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 23, strike the period and insert in lieu
  thereof ", subject to the monies available to the judge pro tempore
  fund.",
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
