  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 12, strike "PROVIDE" and insert in lieu
  thereof "DISTRIBUTE".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 16, strike "NMSA 1978" and insert in lieu
  thereof "Public Health Act".
  
      3.  On page 1, line 19, strike "DISPENSING" and insert in lieu
  thereof "DISTRIBUTING".
  
      4.  On page 2, line 6, strike "provide" and insert in lieu
  thereof "distribute".,
  
  and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
