             SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
                          SENATE BILL 379
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 7, line 5, strike "a claimant" and insert "the
  party".
  
      2.  On page 7, lines 11 and 12 strike "ten thousand dollars
  ($10,000)" and insert "twenty five thousand dollars (25,000)".
