0011|     MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO EXPAND AND ENHANCE PROGRAMS AT THE

0012|     CLAYTON LIVESTOCK RESEARCH CENTER.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-one thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($71,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of
    |
0017|     regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in
    |
0018|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of expanding and enhancing
    |
0019|     cooperative extension service programs at the Clayton livestock
    |
0020|     research center.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
    |
0023|          Section 2.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twelve thousand
    |
0024|     dollars ($112,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0025|     board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure
    |
0001|     in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of expanding and enhancing
    |
0002|     agricultural experiment station  programs at the Clayton
    |
0003|     livestock research center.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0004|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0005|     to the general fund.
