APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand | 0015| dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the | 0016| New Mexico office of Indian affairs for expenditure in fiscal | 0017| year 1998 for the purpose of creating quarterly state-tribal | 0018| legal institutes that would discuss and identify solutions to | 0019| outstanding issues of concern to the state and the Indian | 0020| nation, tribes and pueblos located in New Mexico.
