  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, line 12, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".
      
      2.  On page 3 strike lines 21 through 25 and on page 4 strike
  lines 1 through 8.
  
      3.  Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,
  
  and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
