      Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
                    SENATE BILL 501, as amended
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendments 1 and 2.
  
      2.  On page 2, line 8, after "handicapped" insert "and".
  
      3.  On page 2, lines 9 through 11, strike "and at least two
  others of whom shall be the spouse, brother, sister, daughter or son
  of a visually handicapped person".
