0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY FOR

0012|     THE PURPOSE OF CONTRACTING WITH A NONPROFIT CORPORATION TO

0013|     OPERATE AN ANTI-DRUG PROGRAM IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of public safety for expenditure in fiscal year 1998
    |
0019|     for the purpose of contracting with a nonprofit corporation to
    |
0020|     operate a community-based anti-drug program in Bernalillo
    |
0021|     county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at
    |
0022|     the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
