SOCIAL AND EDUCATION SERVICES--PROVIDED TO | 0016| LEGAL AND UNDOCUMENTED IMMIGRANTS.-- | 0017| A. Legal immigrants shall be eligible to receive | 0018| the following services and programs from the state: | 0019| (1) medicaid; | 0020| (2) temporary assistance to needy families; | 0021| (3) Title 20 social services; | 0022| (4) state and federal child care assistance; | 0023| and | 0024| (5) women, infants and children nutrition | 0025| programs and other commodity benefits. | 0001| B.
