0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM.

0013|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0014|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred thousand dollars
    |
0015|     ($200,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0016|     children, youth and families department for expenditure in
    |
0017|     fiscal year 1998 for the summer food program.  Any unexpended
    |
0018|     or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year
    |
0019|     1998 shall revert to the general fund.
