0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE THE BERNALILLO COUNTY

0012|     DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS AND EXPERTS.

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars
    |
0016|     ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     administrative office of the district attorneys for expenditure
    |
0018|     in fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing the Bernalillo
    |
0019|     county district attorney's office with labor negotiators and
    |
0020|     experts to conduct employment contract discussions with labor
    |
0021|     union representatives for employees in that office.  Any
    |
0022|     unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0023|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
