Strike Item No. 10 of Senate Judiciary Committee amendment and insert in lieu thereof the following: "Until January 1, 1998 a care provider shall not be subject to administrative sanctions or penalties for health facilities survey deficiencies for continuing to employ a care giver for whom the provider has not received the results of criminal records checks during the one hundred day period of temporary employment provided for in Subsections B and C of this section.".
