      1.  On page 2, line 16, strike "three" and insert in lieu
  thereof "six".
  
      2.  On page 2, lines 17 through 20, strike "to the task force
  by the speaker of the house of representatives and three public
  advisory members shall be appointed to the task force by the
  president pro tempore of the senate" and insert in lieu thereof "by
