0012|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO MAINTAIN THE OPERATION OF LOS LUNAS

0013|     MEDICAL CENTER.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Five million two hundred six
    |
0017|     thousand seven hundred dollars ($5,206,700) is appropriated
    |
0018|     from department of health cash balances as of June 30, 1997 and
    |
0019|     nine million one hundred seventy-one thousand one hundred
    |
0020|     dollars ($9,171,100) is appropriated from other sources,
    |
0021|     including operating transfers in, federal funds and other
    |
0022|     revenue, to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal
    |
0023|     year 1998 to maintain the operation of Los Lunas medical
    |
0024|     center, including two hundred seventy-seven permanent employees
    |
0025|     and twenty term employees.  Any unexpended or unencumbered
    |
0001|     balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert
    |
0002|     to the general fund.
