  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 9, line 19, strike "desiring and".
  
      2.  On page 9, line 21, after "their" insert "commercial motor
  carrier".
  
      3.  On page 9, line 22, after "all" insert "New Mexico-based
  commercial".
  
      4.  On page 9, line 23, strike "carriers" and insert in lieu
  thereof "carrier vehicles".
  
      5.  On page 10, line 18, strike "operated or moved as".
  
      6.  On page 10, line 21, strike "for" and insert in lieu
  thereof "while".
  
      7.  On page 10, line 25, after "to" strike the remainder of the
  line. 
  
      8.  On page 11, strike lines 1 and 2, and insert in lieu
  thereof "register the vehicle pursuant to this section."".
  
      9.  On page 11, line 11, after "imprisonment" insert a period
  and strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 12 and
  13.  
  
      10.  On page 19, line 17, strike the brackets and line through
  "twenty-six" and strike the underscored "ten".,
