0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand
    |
0017|     dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0019|     the purpose of providing operating funds for a substance abuse
    |
0020|     counseling program for Native Americans in Bernalillo county. 
    |
0021|     Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of
    |
0022|     fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the general fund.
