0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CHILDREN, YOUTH AND FAMILIES

0012|     DEPARTMENT TO FUND OPERATING EXPENSES OF A RESIDENTIAL

0013|     TREATMENT CENTER FOR AT-RISK YOUTH IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

0015|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
    |
0016|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars
    |
0017|     ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0018|     children, youth and families department for expenditure in
    |
0019|     fiscal year 1998 for the purpose of providing operating funds
    |
0020|     for a residential treatment center for at-risk youth in
    |
0021|     Bernalillo county.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0022|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0023|     general fund.
