0011|     MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR SERVICES TO PRODUCE A

0014|     BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

0015|          Section 1.  APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand
    |
0016|     dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the
    |
0017|     department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for
    |
0018|     the purpose of contracting for services with a New Mexico
    |
0019|     filmmaker to produce an educational video on the consequences
    |
0020|     of substance abuse.  Any unexpended or unencumbered balance
    |
0021|     remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 shall revert to the
    |
0022|     general fund.
