INTERSTATE ESCORT SERVICES--INSURANCE | 0017| COVERAGE--STATE TAXES.-- | 0018| A. An interstate highway escort service business | 0019| shall register with the state corporation commission and submit | 0020| proof to the commission that the highway escort business has at | 0021| least one million dollars ($1,000,000) in insurance coverage. | 0022| The interstate highway escort business shall be required to | 0023| maintain the insurance coverage in effect at all times it is | 0024| doing business in New Mexico. An interstate highway escort | 0025| business shall be subject to New Mexico state taxes. | 0001| B.
