On page 2, strike lines 1 through 11 and insert in lieu thereof: "B. Nothing in the Speech Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Act restricts or prevents activities of a speech-language pathology or audiology nature or the use of the official title of the position for which they were employed; provided such persons are performing those activities as part of the duties for which they were employed and performing those activities solely within the confines of or under the jurisdiction of the state board of education in which they are employed and do not offer to render speech-language pathology or audiology services to the public for a fee, monetary or otherwise, paid to the person, institution or agency.".
