GENERAL FUND--CLARIFYING THE PURPOSE-- | 0018| EXTENDING EXPENDITURE PERIOD--APPROPRIATION.--The balance of | 0019| the general fund appropriation made pursuant to Subsection | 0020| SSSSS of | 0021| Section 24 of Chapter 222 of Laws 1995 to design, construct, | 0022| furnish and equip a southside community center in Hobbs in Lea | 0023| county shall be expended to design, construct, furnish and | 0024| equip a southside senior citizen center and multipurpose center | 0025| in the city of Hobbs. The period of time for expenditure of | 0001| the appropriation is extended through fiscal year 2000. Any | 0002| unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of | 0003| fiscal year 2000 shall revert to the general fund. | 0004| Section 2. EMERGENCY.--It is necessary for the public | 0005| peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately. | 0006|  |
