STATE ROAD FUND--APPROPRIATION.--Seven hundred | 0018| thousand dollars ($700,000) is appropriated from the state road | 0019| fund to the property control division of the general services | 0020| department for expenditure in fiscal years 1997 through 2001 | 0021| for the purpose of acquiring land, purchasing a modular office | 0022| building and equipping a port-of-entry facility near Santa | 0023| Teresa located in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or | 0024| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 | 0025| shall revert to the state road fund. | 0001| Section 2.
