APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars | 0017| ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local | 0018| government division of the department of finance and | 0019| administration for expenditure in fiscal year 1998 for the | 0020| purpose of conducting a demographic study of the East Mountain | 0021| community located in portions of Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance | 0022| and Santa Fe counties for the purpose of researching data | 0023| resources, collecting and compiling relevant data and producing | 0024| a comprehensive report for existing and prospective residents | 0025| and businesses to use in planning. Any unexpended or | 0001| unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 1998 | 0002| shall revert to the general fund. | 0003|  |
