      Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
  
             SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR
                          SENATE BILL 1190
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation
  that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
      1.  On page 1, lines 16 and 17, strike "general fund to the
  human services department" and insert in lieu thereof "cash balances
  of the department of health to that department".
  
      2.  On page 1, line 18, strike "private agencies" and insert in
  lieu thereof "a medical-educational institution that provides
  intensive, specialized auditory oral education".
