TEMPORARY ASSISTANCE--NEEDY FAMILIES BLOCK | 0018| GRANTS.--The human services department shall develop and | 0019| provide on an ongoing basis to any Indian tribe, pueblo or | 0020| nation a system that includes recordkeeping, tracking and | 0021| compilation for any Indian tribe, pueblo or nation to receive | 0022| and expend its own temporary assistance for needy families | 0023| block grants pursuant to the federal Personal Responsibility | 0024| and Work Opportunities Reconciliation Act of 1996. | 0025| .117232.1 |
