       Your AGRICULTURE AND WATER RESOURCES COMMITTEE,
  to whom has been referred
  
                   HOUSE JOINT MEMORIAL 33
  
  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 2, line 23, strike the period and insert "; and".
  
       2.  On page 2, after line 23, insert:
  
       "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the legislative education study
  committee report to the legislature on agricultural education by
  December 1, 1997; and
  
       BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this memorial be
  transmitted to the state board of education, the superintendent of
  public instruction and the director of the legislative education
  study committee.".,
  
  and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
