  has had it under consideration and reports same with
  recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
  
       1.  On page 1, line 12, after "COUNCIL" insert ", THE NAVAJO
  NATION, THE JICARILLA APACHE TRIBE".
  
       2.  On page 1, line 18, after the third occurrence of "county"
  insert a comma and strike "and".
  
       3.  On page 1, line 19, after "county" insert ", the Navajo
  Nation and the Jicarilla Apache Tribe".
  
       4.  On page 2, line 18, after "council" insert ", the Navajo
  Nation, the Jicarilla Apache Tribe".
  
       5.  On page 2, line 21, after "state" insert a comma, strike
  "and pueblo" and insert in lieu thereof "pueblos', the Navajo Nation
  and the Jicarilla Apache".
  
       6.  On page 3, line 1, after "council" insert ", the Navajo
  Nation, the Jicarilla Apache Tribe".,
