0011|     REQUESTING THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION TO

0012|     CONDUCT AN ACTUARIAL STUDY ON THE COST OF INCREASING MAGISTRATE

0015|          WHEREAS, the magistrates want an actuarial study to

0016|     determine the cost of increasing magistrate retirement benefits
    |
0017|     from seventy-five percent to eighty percent;
    |
0018|          NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE
    |
0019|     STATE OF NEW MEXICO that the public employees retirement
    |
0020|     association be requested to conduct an actuarial study of the
    |
0021|     cost of increasing magistrate retirement benefits from seventy-
    |
0022|     five percent to eighty percent; and
    |
0023|          BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this memorial be
    |
0024|     transmitted to the public employees retirement association.
